Benefits, health, and reinsurance documents

Benefits, health, and reinsurance expand PolDex beyond commercial P&C, but the same proof rules apply: real documents, evidence, labels, and benchmarks.

Benefits and health have their own shape

Group health, group life, disability, stop loss, benefits summaries, EOBs, enrollment documents, and plan evidence do not behave like commercial property or GL forms.

They require their own fields, evidence standards, privacy posture, and normalization rules. That is why they must be hardened as their own schema families.

Reinsurance is reporting-heavy

Bordereaux, treaties, facultative certificates, captive programs, and specialty reporting documents are often tabular, dense, and business-critical.

The opportunity is large, but the proof bar should remain the same. The system must cite evidence, normalize fields, and avoid unsupported claims.

The expansion principle

PolDex can become insurance-wide infrastructure by expanding line by line, not by claiming all lines at once. Each family becomes real through corpus, benchmark, and release history.

That is slower than naming every schema as done, but it is the only path that produces trust. The universe is the ambition. Proof gates are the method.
