What it proves

It proves the public proof rail, schema contract, evidence output, guardrail state, and export delivery path. When the public source is reachable, the proof path reads the full document text instead of only benchmark label excerpts. The broader 99%+ accuracy benchmark is carried by the full 56-schema release-gate corpus.
